This sweet single story cottage is entered from a gate leading into the owner, Polly Mayman’s, garden.

An enclosed terrace with garden chairs leads to the front door which opens into a small entrance hall. The comfortable bedroom with queen size bed has a view to the sea through the trees, and fitted cupboards and attractive furniture.
The cosy sitting room with TV and DVD overlooks Polly’s shrub garden and opens onto the compact kitchen/diner with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin and W.C.

Use of washing machine and tumble dryer by arrangement.
Electric radiators.
Bed linen and towels inclusive.
Electricity inclusive except for charging an electric car (small charge to be discussed up on request).
PARKING on hard adjacent to cottage for car up to 4.5 metres length.
The property is not suitable for babies over 8 months, but a travel cot is available for babies up to this age.
At a small additional cost a foldaway guest bed can be available on request as an extra sleeping arrangement to the queen size double bed if two beds are preferred.
Very sorry Porthallow Lodge is not suitable for a large dog, however a small dog is welcome.
Sorry, no smoking inside the cottage.
Bookings not accepted for less than three days.
