From the M5 at Exeter follow the A38 to Plymouth & cross the Tamar Bridge. Continue on the A38 to Trerulefoot. At the Roundabout turn left then take the next right signposted Looe. Keep on this road through the village of Hessenford & straight on to Looe. Turn left at the T junction & cross the river bridge at Looe up the hill towards Polperro ignoring the signposted road to Talland Bay at the top of the looe hill. After 2 miles at crossroads turn left to Talland Bay. 1 mile on you will see the Talland Bay Hotel. The cottages are just beyond on the right. Parking for Porthallow Court is for 1 car space on the owner's property, and for Dolphin Cottage it is adjacent the property outside the gates.
